Experienced OHS leadership, not just consultancy
Ohutuskultuur was founded by Ahti Salumäe, an occupational health and safety professional with more than 15 years of experience.
Ahti spent 13 years at Amazon, progressing from site-level occupational health and safety roles to regional OHS leadership across Amazon Logistics and Amazon Fresh. His responsibilities included multiple sites at the same time and covered OHS management systems, audits, KPIs, risk management, incident investigations, ergonomics, training, emergency preparedness and contractor safety.
In Estonia, Ahti has worked with more than 50 companies across different industries and company sizes, supporting everything from individual risk assessments to complete OHS management systems and ISO 45001 implementation.
